Our policy lasts 1 business day from delivery day. If 1 business day from delivery day have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Only scheduled orders can be cancelled. Once we initiated your order you can't cancel your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We only provides refund if your service consignment is either damaged by us or vendor. If your service consignment problem can be resolve by repeating our service than we only give you a free repeat.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Free Repeat (if applicable)
Only provide in the case of bad service.
Free repeat is totally based on company decision. Company have rights to reject your free repeat request.
We only provide free repeat once a service.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We will not refund tax amount(e.g. service tax, delivery tax if applicable).
Maximum refund we can provide is 10x (times) of billed amounts. Remphi have complete rights on refund request acceptance.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Items Price (if applicable)
We refund you on the billing items price.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We do not provide item exchanges. If your product is damaged by us or vendor than we will proposed an amount to you based on your items condition.

To return your product, you should email at care@remphi.com and we will pick.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We may, at any time, and at our sole discretion, modify these refund and cancellation policy.
